His track record demonstrates his ability to lead the professional team on large high profile schemes and to deliver results for the client. Kevin has led a number of major Central London projects including development of Tower Place; construction of the GLA Building; overall scheme approval for the 2 million sq. ft. commercial development at More; managing the new wing at the Grade 1 listed Natural History Museum and the redevelopment of the Cafè Royal. Paul specialises in Development and Design/Project Management, particularly with leading design teams in high profile, complex projects. These include his appointment as Design Manager for the Café Royal project, designed by David Chipperfield Architects. Paul’s previous roles include Design Studio Head of Canary Wharf (Phase 1) as well as Paddington Basin. Matthew joined DML Group from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a Director of Investment Advisory, involved in all elements of the Fund Management process including portfolio strategy, investment, development and asset management. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Matthew was Director of Asset Management at Tishman Speyer where he was involved in property development and corporate property management of the retained portfolio and for external clients such as DB Real Estate and Motcomb Estates. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in international development and specialises in procurement, project management and marketing. Her career background as supply chain director at Crown Agents involved the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects under internationally financed reconstruction programmes in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. She has also worked for Hill International/Knowles, a global construction consultancy which specialises in contract law, claims and dispute resolution. Rachel provides strategic advice to DML’s clients in areas of value creation, risk management and reputation management. Chris joined DML in May 2014 from one of the UK’s largest principal contractors where he worked on the delivery of several high-end fit out projects in Central London. Chris completed his education and began his career in Australia; he graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Property and completed a cadet-ship at Australia’s largest privately owned construction organisation. Here, he spent seven years working on major projects in commercial, industrial, education and aged care sectors. Prior to moving to the UK, Chris worked in development management where he was involved in the land acquisition, planning, design management, feasibility, cost planning, delivery and leasing of several large scale developments including a 42 hectare Greenfield site in western Sydney. Since joining DML, Chris has led the project management of a commercial fit out in London’s West End and has been involved in a variety of projects as part of the Soho Estates portfolio.

Craig is an architect with 30 years experience working within architectural design firms and property development companies. His project portfolio includes residential, education and commercial developments in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Selected developments include; Conrad Hotel, Cairo; 10 Fleet Place, London; Atlantico Pavilion, Lisbon; Millbank Tower, London, Manor House Hotel, New Delhi. As Senior Design Manager, Craig provides focussed leadership for professional teams, including design, planning, and specialist technical consultants. Within DML, Craig is a strong advocate for technical innovation, conscientious design and environmental responsibility.

Sarah specialises in Design and Project Management; supporting the contractual and appointment issues for formalising the procurement team. Being a qualified Architect (RIBA), Sarah has an insight into the practical application of design and is able to anticipate critical milestones in the design and procurement process. Sarah has dual British/ Australian nationality and has previously worked in architectural practices in Melbourne, Australia and subsequently for a firm of architects in Central London. As a member of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) and The Georgian Group, Sarah has a keen interest in the conservation of historic properties. Alex has a diverse background in architecture, project management and property development. Alex joins DML after working in one of Australia’s largest listed property groups, where he worked as a Development Manager on a range of commercial, mixed use and urban regeneration projects across the country. These complex projects ranged in value from £15 million to £1.1 billion and he was involved from project inception to delivery.
Alex applies his international development experience to DML’s clients in key areas including development feasibility, acquisition, design development and project delivery. His experience enables him to optimise the potential for each development and unlock value through a strategic and holistic approach.

Assistant Development Manager
Andrew joined DML in January 2015 after returning from a year abroad post the completion of his studies. He has aspirations to become a surveyor and is currently undertaking a course at London South Bank University that will enable him to do so. He is currently studying a part time HNC in Construction with the intention of joining the third year surveying course in 2016.
As office manager, Maeva is responsible for supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. She is fluent in French, English and German and holds degrees in International Trade and Marketing. Working at DML has allowed Maeva to pursue her keen interest in architecture and the property sector.
Philippa joined DML in 2007 to work as an administrator on site for the Natural History Museum project until its completion in 2009. She came back to work on the Café Royal project a year later at the start of 2010 and remains at DML Group in an administrative role on various new projects.
