The scheme will reinvent a tired area of Soho into a dynamic series of spaces that incorporates the local history of the conservation area. It includes 50,000 sq ft of mixed-use office, retail and boulevard theatre scheme in the most trafficked and iconic part of Soho. New and restored bridge links will improve the Court’s connectivity with Soho, and the iconic Raymond Revuebar signage will be reinstated, with integrated pixels of colour below revealing a changing façade of light and texture.
Planning consent was granted in December 2013 and construction commenced September 2015. Delivery is targeted for mid-2019.
DML is engaged as Development Manager with full responsibly for the design development, planning, procurement, costing planning and construction through to handover.
