The site, overlooking one of London’s most prestigious garden squares, was previously used as offices and a members club for many years. Working with Wintersgill Architects, DML re-developed the accommodation to include private residential apartments and luxury office/sales suite for the company’s clients.
DML acted as Design and Development as well as Project Manager to coordinate the refurbishment of this Grade II* listed building, known as Old London House, on St James’s Square on behalf of Harwood International and the Rolex Group.
The project was completed in 2013.
DML’s role included managing the programme of works, coordinating Party Wall works and the refurbishment and preservation of notable internal and external listed features.
