We have been successful in representing international and UK clients on prestigious, landmark projects designed by leading architects such as Sir Norman Foster, Sir Richard Rogers, Sir David Chipperfield and Matt White. This includes historically important buildings like the Natural History Museum and Café Royal in Central London and Ilona Rose House in Central London.

Our portfolio ranges from large scale commercial developments to private, high quality residential apartments and hotels including the next generation of purpose built student accommodation.
Typically we act as Client Representative taking control from acquisition through planning, design, construction, fit-out and leasing to strategic exit.

Our directors have a long history of working together over 30 years and a dedicated team of development professionals with property, architecture and construction procurement backgrounds.

Depending on the amount of information available, we can structure fees on a lump sum or capped fee basis. Our track record demonstrates our ability to deliver substantial schemes in excess of £100 million.
