Charlie Habbick

Charlie’s role at DML is to support the project management team across a variety of projects, helping to ensure successful delivery while expanding his knowledge of the construction industry. During his time at DML, Charlie has provided support to the project management team in the refurbishment of properties, including the Dukes Hotel and the Swiss Embassy. These projects have allowed him to apply his academic knowledge to real-world situations, honing his skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and the coordination of construction processes.

Charlie completed a real estate MSc at the University of Reading which supported his understanding of property markets and the specific techniques applied in them. Core topics studies included economics, real estate finance, development, valuation/investment appraisal and international real estate market.
