Project Story
The Atlas Building is a signature building under development in the heart of London’s “Tech City”. The
scheme incorporates a 39 storey residential tower providing 302 apartments and a 10 storey office
building linked by attractive public spaces with retail outlets.
The design, by MAKE architects and Woods Baggot interior designers on behalf of the sponsor Rocket Investments, will provide a high specification offer - complete with swimming pool, gym, cinema and café culture.
This scheme was completed in summer 2019.
DML's Role
DML’s role, on behalf of the lenders of a £82 million mezzanine loan facility, is to monitor the timely drawdown and expenditure of funds against the phased construction programme.
