Having project managed the original construction of Café Royal from 2009-2012, the building is well known to us!

The initial retail leases granted at completion of the hotel are now coming to an end and we are proud to continue to work with owners to supervise new tenant fit-outs.

Having secured planning and listed building consent, we arranged for the original retail unit to be subdivided into two. The unit facing Glasshouse Street has been occupied by Café Concerto, with the Regent Street unit becoming the London HQ for drone/photography retailer DJI Hasselblad.


DML's ROLE
 

DML acted as client representative and tenant monitor to secure planning consent and superior Landlords consent from the Crown Estate. We then reviewed tenant design and monitored fit out works to ensure the listed fabric of the building was preserved and that works could be completed with minimal disruption to the hotel.
