The Mezz Lender is a principal lender providing mezzanine finance within the residential sector as well as some bridge and senior loan facilities.
The currently portfolio includes residential schemes in Birmingham and London Boroughs ranging from private for sale apartments to mixed use schemes incorporating Build to Rent, Private, Affordable and Shared Ownership.
DML's Role
DML acts across their portfolio as project monitor undertaking due diligence reviews at the start of a loan and regular construction monitoring of the developer and contractor throughout the build period. We provide strategic advice and risk management to The Mezz Lender and their associated funders.
