PROJECT STORY
The development is a conversion of an office into 169 affordable and market rental apartments. The scheme contains a mix of studios, one, two and three-bed apartments along with car parking and cycle parking spaces.
DML's ROLE
DML's role is to provide project, cost and contract management services for the funder as this project undergoes the final stages of the construction phase.
DML are working collaboratively with the contractor and consultant team to provide commercial, design and programme advise to the client.
