PROJECT STORY
The scheme has reinvented a tired area of Soho into a dynamic series of spaces that incorporate the local history of the conservation area. It includes 50,000 ft² of mixed-use office, retail and boulevard theatre scheme in the most trafficked and iconic part of Soho.
New and restored bridge links and improves the Court’s connectivity with Soho, and the iconic Raymond Revuebar signage has been reinstated with integrated pixels of colour below revealing a changing façade of light and texture.
Planning consent was granted in December 2013, construction commenced in September 2015 and project was completed in September 2019.
DML's ROLE
DML was engaged as Development Manager with full responsibly for the design development, planning, procurement, costing planning and construction through to handover.
