Project Story
On completion in September 2016, the building provided 157,000 ft² of offices over basement, ground and 7 upper floors. The majority of the accommodation has been pre-let to grade A occupiers.
Our role commenced with a technical due diligence appraisal during the client’s acquisition of the development in March 2016. The building forms part of the Spinningfields Estate, which is seen
as one of Europe’s most successful city centre regeneration schemes of the last decade.
DML's Role
Acting on behalf of Union Investment, DML was monitoring the construction and other commercial aspects of the XYZ Building in Manchester, developed by Allied London.
